Positive: This was my 3rd visit, celebrating my birthday here. By far, this visit was the best. The staff were cordial, helpful, friendly and very responsive. Of note, are Jannel and Nicole at the front desk. Both ladies were very helpful and Latoya, the supervisor, was also very helpful. My sister and I wanted to spend an extra night, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked. However, Nicole and Latoya were very helpful in arranging a room at Ocean Eden Bay for us for the extra night and ensured that our special request was actioned. We truly appreciate these ladies. They have made it easy to choose Ocean Coral Springs again for our next vacation.

Negative: The fact that we couldn't stay longer was what we did not like.
