Three queen-sized bedrooms are thoughtfully spread across two levels. Upstairs, two beautifully styled rooms sit beneath vaulted ceilings and shuttered windows, each featuring a queen bed and a generous walk-in wardrobe. Between them, a refined bathroom offers a generous walk-in shower, bespoke vanity, and elegant designer tiling. On the lower level, the third queen bedroom offers a dedicated workspace, ideal for remote days. A second full bathroom and a well-equipped laundry with washer completes the ground floor.
Comfort is assured year-round with split-system air conditioning and heating in all bedrooms and the main living area. Enjoy a curated selection of board games for downtime. For families, a high chair and a portacot are available on request. Please be mindful when approaching the property. There’s a beautiful fig tree near the front footpath, but its roots have caused some uneven ground. Watch your step as you walk along the path to the house.
