Positive: We liked everything there. Most important for me, all workers are very friendly and always smiling. I felt like a FAMILY. Second, location is premium, food is excellent, and activities are so good and plenty. Suitable for families, couples, and friends groups. We had two bookings: first beach villa then water villa. Activities we did: glass boat trip, dolphin trip, banana boat trip, kayaking, playing games, swing in the water near Hali bar, observing the sunset from Hali bar, pizzeria, Battuta restaurant is the best 😋 food is delicious and the team there is excellent. Coconut 🥥 drink. The manager is everywhere and smiles and speaks to people. The chefs Mr. Idris and Mr. Amr (Egyptian chef) were so friendly and caring. They ensured middle eastern food is available for us and the other two families from the MENA region. Receptionist is helpful, I had two important zoom calls and the IT was available and ensured fast uninterrupted connection in our villa. IT was knowledgeable enough to fix my iPhone which stoped working due to water. The jet ski driver was very skillful and took care of us during the banana trip meeting our expectations since we were a bit afraid. We want to thank everyone and we will come soon again many times.
