Spread over two levels, this near-new townhouse offers a clever floor plan to ensure all your needs are met. The living area is filled with natural light. Both bedrooms have an incredible feature of this home and with an abundance of space. Located in the heart of the Belconnen District and walking distance to the University of Canberra.

This is the kind of home you look for when quality is a must, space is required and you enjoy the warmth of natural sunlight.

BEDROOM:
The bedrooms have queen-sized beds topped with professionally cleaned and pressed linen. The bedrooms have the same area size. Both mattresses are memory foam mattresses from Costco. They also have plenty of wardrobe space for your luggage.

BATHROOM:
The bathrooms have a shower and toilet. We provide bath towels, shampoo, condition, toilet paper, and body wash.

KITCHEN:
You can use the kitchen if you`re craving a home-cooked meal. While you stay you will have:
- fridge/freezer
- stovetop
- microwave
- oven
- crockery and cutlery
- dishwasher

We stock a simple selection of food for breakfast such as milk, coffee and tea. Guests will need to purchase food items for longer stays.

LIVING ROOM:
The living room has a smart TV that you can use to access your Netflix and YouTube accounts. Note that we don`t provide Netflix, The TV has access to local channels as well. YouTube and other online streaming platforms subscriptions so you will have to use your own account.

LAUNDRY AREA:
A washer and dryer are available to use, as well as an iron and ironing board. It is a separate space.

Check in information will be sent two days before your check in date and any codes will be sent four hours before your arrival, to prevent fraudulent bookings.

It is an electronic door that you`ll just need to type in the code, although I am just a message away if you need help checking-in.

I am available mostly through Airbnb messaging but I give privacy to my guests. If there is an urgent issue, you can always call me.

I have been living in Canberra for quite some time now and can help you navigate your way around the local area if you need. I can also provide you with any tips on the best places to go for food or just to have fun!

An outstanding 2- bedroom townhouse set very close to the University of Canberra

Located in the new suburb of Lawson, this home is in walking distance of the University of Canberra, Belconnen Westfield and Lake Ginnenderra and is only a short drive to Kaleen shops.

Any violation of our no-party rule will result in a $2000 non-negotiable penalty, in addition to any damages.

Please do not flush wet wipes, paper towels, or sanitary products. These cause blockages in the sewer system. Dispose in the bin provided.
1. Please let us know if you need to check in early or leave later than the standard times. We will charge $110 for each hour of non-scheduled delay to check out after 10 am.

2. I have a STRICT `No Pets Policy` except for service or emotional support animals and `No Smoking Policy`. These are applicable inside and outside of the property. Any breach will result in a fine of $400 plus any additional fees for specialised cleaning.

3. The cleaning fee covers the general cleaning and replacement of quality linen in the property. Please try to leave the place as tidy as possible. If the property is extra messy when you leave, an extra cleaning fee will be charged (minimum of $50).

4. Please be sure you understand our cancellation policies. You can find our current policy via your booking channel.

5. Only those persons who made the reservation may stay at our property. If you`re a business or government agency booking for other people, please contact us in advance to ensure access details are made clear.

6. No parties or gatherings of more than the maximum number of booked guests are permitted. All non-guests must leave the home by 10:00 pm. No loud noises or music are permitted after 10:00 pm. There is a $2000 penalty for breaching this rule.

7. Some consumable items have been left for you in the kitchen (tea, coffee, sugar, milk), that you are most welcome to use. Also, the pantry has a few basics - no need to ask, just help yourself. We don`t stock the refrigerator or provide any meals.

8. You are welcome to book if children will be under adult supervision at all times as this property is not child-proofed and does not include infant amenities (i.e. cot, high chair).
