Nedlands Beach House - relaxing holiday home you will not want to leave.
Well presented home, clean, comfortable and very relaxing. It is a wonderful escape for families or couples. Open plan lounge, kitchen and meals area overlooks large deck area with BBQ. Lounge room has flat screen TV, Blue Ray /DVD player. Dining Tables indoor and outdoor both seat 8 . All rooms are light filled. Free wi-fi.
All rooms are light filled with views of garden.
Backyard fire pit is perfect for sitting around, especially at night with outdoor lighting.
Ideal for families or couples. Sleeps up to 6 people total. Split system aircon and heating as well as Coonarra combustion heater. All 3 bedrooms have own convection heaters and pedestal fans. Well stocked kitchen. Laundry has family size washing machine and dryer.
Securely fenced property, with off street parking.
It is 200m to Anglesea Golf Clubhouse, a flat 10 minute bush walk through to river or 15 minute walk to beach. Lots of native birds in the back yard and kangaroos at the end of the street. Pets will be considered on application. Late checkout may be requested (if available).

Summary: We booked this house for Easter 2020 but had to cancel due to Covid-19. Karen communicated really well about our situation and willingly and quickly refunded our money so when I saw the house was available this Easter I knew it was meant to be!The house was perfect for our party of six and small dog! It had everything you could need plus more...kitchen was well equipped, board games were a hit, the DVD's were well utilised and the yard was secure for our pet. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!
