High ceilings. Breezy. Two full beds (sleeps 4) with covered balcony, full bath (with solar hot water), full-size refrigerator, table. chairs, deck chairs, hammock, drip coffee maker, electric tea kettle, plates, cups bowls & utensils. 5 minute car ride to beach or 10 minute walk. General store at bottom of hill. Plenty of places to eat and drink including world famous Boston Beach Jerk Center. Lots of cool stuff close by (hot springs at Bath, Reach Falls, Long Bay, Blue Lagoon, Folly Ruins, Nonsuch Caves, Port Antonio, Rio Grande River, etc.). Watch awesome sunrises and moonrises over the Caribbean from the balcony or from your bed or from the pool or pool deck. Unlimited IRIE vibes with the laid-back locals of Boston. Must be a dog lover. Pooches will make a racket when you arrive and be your best friend by the end of the day.

Summary: The property is very nice and taken care of. They view from our balcony is absolutely breathtaking. Amazing food and beach within walking distance. John was super helpful and gave us advice as of where to go. He really cares. I will be back.
