This great beach house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 living areas and airconditioning plus a huge deck adjoining the upstairs living room that has a barbecue and outdoor setting for 10. The property also has a sparkling inground pool with tavertine surround and has a fully fenced yard which is child friendy. Close to Bennetts Beach, river and Port Stephens. There is a large 3 car carport which allows plenty of room for cars, boat and bikes Sleeps 10 (1 king, 2 queens, 1 double and 4 singles). PET FRIENDLY This property has WIFI - Linen is not supplied however it can be hired from us and the cost is $22 per person.

Summary: The number of rooms and layout of the house really suited our needs. The amenities were as advertised and sufficient. The kids (and the big kids) loved the pool.We were concerned about some mould in the downstairs bedrooms. The proximity to shops and beaches was perfect.
