A lovely three bedroom bungalow recently decorated and bordering on the reserve from two sides, offering lots of privacy and with great entertaining areas containing a solar heated pool and a BBQ deck.

The main house is available for guests. The adjoining guest area is kept private and will not be in use during bookings.

Bus route available 506x and close proximity to autobahn /Tea Tree Plaza and ~20mins to the City

Summary: We had the greatest stay at Modbury Heights. The house was clean and comfortable and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the outdoor areas and the pool were the winner for us. Some pool lighting would have been nice but otherwise an exceptional property I highly recommend it
