Positive: A quiet location handy to local attractions and undercover parking.

Negative: The place really needs to be renovated as many things old or broken. Front security door doesn’t close, shower taps leak, range hood dirty, toilet half flush doesn’t work, insects in bath. Many other things in need of attention. And a really good clean.
