Summary: The property was fresh and clean and in a good location. I was disappointed that the bed was not a Queen as advertised, but a Double bed which was too small to sleep in. All the mattresses on the beds were old, uncomfortable, and very soft to sleep on. Off-street parking is inconvenient, even though the property has plenty of parking on the side of the house. After swimming at the beach it's nice to have a fresh shower to wash off the salt and sand, but there is no water pressure just a slow trickle. Privacy is limited and owners can easily access your back yard-even though I was told that they wouldn't do so. I felt my privacy was very limited and encroached when I walked outside my door to find the owner watering the backyard that I had paid for over the Xmas break to use, and then they returned and re-entered the yard later in the evening. My dog was unable to use the yard fully as the owner turned on 2 sprinklers without my knowledge or any warning from the property manager.
