Our 3 storey apartment offers everything for those loving the Beach, boats and relaxation. Heated pool out front and Spa out back in private courtyard. Walking distance to Martha's table restaurant and a 10 minute walk to beach on boardwalk or you can enjoy riding our 2 bikes provided but helmets not supplied. Only a 8 minutes drive to local shops ,restaurants cafes and Dromana beach. Our home is Pet friendly we have perfect courtyard for dog to enjoy and do there business. Relax on the couch and enjoy Watching Netflix or Disney channel, 4 smart TV's throughout our home. Local vineyards are only short drive or a uber away. Balcony overlooking Arthur's seat hills , marina and pool, complete with large BBQ to enjoy with family or friends on our balcony or our sun filled Backyard also has bbq. Outside heated Spa with very large umbrella for shade or Privacy of neibouring apartments. Kitchen complete with Dishwasher, Airfryer, coffee machine, microwave and pantry condiments and a few extra special Treats are supplied for guests to enjoy. Our home is comfortable, modern and in a great location for a relaxing holiday. A friendly Neibourhood also being a secure place having 24hr security services through Martha Cove security.
