The space:
Marmot Lodge is an architecturally designed high country style chalet situated in Harrietville.
The Lodge can sleep up to 30 guests. There are 3 bathrooms, separate showers and toilets. Hydronic or electric heaters throughout. AC in the main living area.
The fully equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, induction stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, walk-in pantry, toasters, cutlery, crockery, glasses, saucepans, frypans and slow cooker to accommodate a large group.
The reading room is relaxing with views to the West. The lounge room has magnificent Californian Redwood lined walls and cathedral ceilings. North facing deck with table and chairs. Views of the surrounding mountains and valley.
Large games room; Table tennis, pool table, soccer table. Laundry. Drying room. Ample parking. Gas BBQ. Mt Hotham; 40 minutes drive, Falls Creek 1 hour, suitable for cross country and downhill skiing.
SLEEPING CONFIGURATION
5 queen bedrooms.
3 double bed bunk rooms.
2 bedrooms have a double bed bunk and single bunk on the mezzanine level.

Please do not go through the gate to the back of the property, or to the sheds. These areas are private for staff.

The Lodge is heated throughout, using either hydronic (hot water) or electric heaters.
