Positive: Great view, enough space for family, the spa in the room is so nice. The location is pretty convenient for anywhere, we didn’t need to drive much during the stay. The indoor pool was so nice, we could stay there when the outside was too windy and a little chilly. It was a little heated and so comfortable.

Negative: When we went to the swimming pool with a kid, it was a little sad that the people there before us looked not happy and took off. I thought the hotel was family friendly and those are the shared space for everyone. The staff quality was varied, the guy in front was awesome, super helpful and friendly. Everyone w friendly, but a couple of them seemed not so experienced and got confused for our booking and took a little extra time to check in. The room facility was a little old and the spa was not cleaned enough, some black dots came out when we started using. The ensuite shower was not fully working, the switch to change tab / shower was a little loose and both kept running when we used. For overall, felt a little expensive against all the experience.
