Newly listed: Ideal for families. Secure backyard for your dog. You will be close to everything when you stay at our beautiful Mansfield home.
The space
We hope you love this house as much as we do. It’s well set up for both summer and winter with ducted heating and cooling throughout, as well as an efficient wood fired European fireplace in the lounge, and a split-system in the main living area for quick relief from the extremes.
The garden is lush and spacious, and if you are staying at the right time of year you can pick pomegranates from our tree to make delicious salads. Your kids will love the cubby house and supplied games/toys.
Easy walk to all Mansfield shops, pubs and cafes. Three minute drive to the Mansfield pool, tennis courts, golf course, wetlands, library, mini-golf, botanic gardens and playgrounds. Eight minute drive to the Mansfield Zoo. Ride your bikes to the rail trail. Drive 25 mins to the base of Mt Buller and Mt Stirling. I’ve written a guide of ‘suggested things to-do’ which you’ll find at the house.
There are 4 bedrooms in total. Three bedrooms have Queen size beds and 1 bedroom has 2 single beds and 2 trundle beds. Trundles can be moved to other rooms if needed. One of the bedrooms with a Queen bed also has a toddler bed. You'll find a high chair in the laundry.
Guest access
Pets welcome. Shed not included. You can park multiple cars in the driveway with two side-by-side.
Other things to note
Pets are welcome inside and out but strictly not in the bedrooms or on soft furnishings. I have provided a large dog basket in the laundry for you to place your dog's bedding in. There are water and food bowls and a secure yard. There are old towels in the laundry for you to wash and dry dirty doggy paws. In order to ensure the comfort of future guests, a poor rating will be applied along with an additional cleaning and laundry fee if dogs are found to have been in bedrooms or on soft furnishings.
