A quiet and peaceful area in Bundoora (Northern Melbourne), where it is only 20 mins or so from the International Airport. Only 4 mins to Supermarkets and DFO shopping centre.
If you want to see wide Kangaroos, this is the perfect location - they are our regular visitors in our front garden.
The room is on the second level of the house, and photos show the view from your window.
This is a pretty big house with 7 rooms in total. You will mainly share the toilet and a separate bathroom with the other two rooms upstairs, but the extra toilet and bathroom downstairs are free to use. We are a young family with a toddler living in this lovely house. I work at La Trobe in Research, where we share rooms with students from RMIT and LT in their master's or PhD programs. My son enjoys playing with roommates in the open area that we share. All of us are well organised and well behaved, including my 2.5-y-o. The house is always cleaned, and this is a NON-SMOKING property.
