Summary: Lovely big property. We were treated with kangaroos in the morning. We had issues with bbq, and spare gas bottle was empty, so had to cook inside. It was wintery and cold on the weekend we stayed so it would have been lovely to be provided wood for fire inside if deemed luxury escape however the wall heaters were sufficient to keep house warm. Seating on lounge was not adequate for 8 people, and no food platters provided in kitchen, which when having 8 people stay would be nice to have. The pool table was a hit but the ball pockets had holes in it. Towels were of average quality and maybe electric blankets in bed during winter to be provided. This is only reason to rate 4 and not 5 star as luxury rating would expect it to be luxury quality. We enjoyed our stay and was adequate while there for basketball tournament weekend.
