Positive: The property was in a great location. It was relatively quiet with easy access to the beach and restaurants. The kitchen was very large.

Negative: The shower head was the most woeful one we've ever used - the water trickled out poorly. The bed closest to the bathroom was uncomfortable - I could feel the mattress springs digging into my body. The complimentary tea and coffee looked like they'd been there a long while and were of poor quality - we couldn't use them. The large artwork in the lounge room was off-putting and not really suited to a beachside cottage. The cottage had little natural light, so was quite dark. Overall, it was not a 'luxury' cottage. The host was also blunt in his communications and not welcoming.
