Our offering is all inclusive - no additional fee for linen and all beds will be fully made for you ready for your arrival (our home is one of the few large properties in the area that offers this). ***Please Note our price is based on twin share (that is two people per room/ bed). Additional rooms (ie. for groups wanting one person per room) will incur additional fees to cover the additional linen and cleaning. Only the booked rooms will be available for guests during their stay. All bedrooms not booked will be locked.
