This property is in a great location, just a short walk down to Little Beach Marina, perfect safe netted swimming area and easy access boat ramp.
The property features three bedrooms with linen provided (no beds made), kitchen, living, dining, laundry with second toilet all on the one level and downstairs there is another bedroom with bathroom, sitting area with TV and internal access to the garage.
The owners have thought of everything here, there is room for a boat (5mtrs length x 3mtrs wide), outdoor shower, BBQ, Pizza Oven, Ping pong table, smart TV, Wifi and fully enclosed yard that backs onto the Native Gardens.
Park the car in the single garage as you are within one minute walk to Diggers Club and one minute walk to Little Beach Marina and the waters edge, 10 minutes walk into the heart of Nelson Bay and a one minute drive to the boat ramp, what more could you be wanting for your next getaway!
