This west facing property has amazing views down the channel - sunsets are superb. The blackout blinds offer protection from the afternoon sun during the hot season. The property is on Pine Crescent - just one street back from the Esplanade - but without the traffic.

This property has two separate living areas so is great for two families, or for teenagers to escape to their own space. The downstairs area has a second television, lounge and pool table.
