Hola! And welcome to our fabulous 2-bed, 2-bath 1900 square foot nicely equipped condo at Las Mananitas in San Jose’ del Cabo, Mexico!
We are in phase 1 of the complex with direct ocean views and are situated on the second floor only steps away from the beach. This secure, well maintained complex is a joy to behold.
The Space:
Bring your family and enjoy the host of amenities such as a large air-conditioned gym, tennis/pickleball court, 3 pools and hot tubs, covered dining/grilling facilities, washrooms and plenty of lounges to relax under the palms or umbrellas. Three swim-up bars at each of the three pools, are equipped with sink, fridge and ice-maker for you to host your friends and family.
The condo itself has a fully-equipped kitchen, large dining and living area which houses a huge smart TV, comfortable couches and opens to the enormous patio. Each bedroom has TV, A/C, comfortable beds and its’ own bathroom. The master has a King bed and huge tub with separate shower. The second bedroom has two queen beds, TV and separate access to the other bathroom.
The laundry room has a washer/dryer, laundry supplies, beach towels and cooler. An added bonus is the owners’ extra fridge with condiments for your use.
The Neighborhood:
Situated fifteen minutes from the international San Jose’ airport, the renowned condo complex is within a five to eight minute walk to restaurants, coffee shops (yes, Starbucks!), large grocery stores and tourist information. Everything you need is at your fingertips. The historic and cultural hub of San Jose’ is a short drive or Uber away and hosts a Thursday evening Art Walk with music, wine tasting and food for the whole family! Oh what fun!
