Summary: Great property, it definitely needs a lot of work to bring it up to scratch. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the house, the garden was also in need of a lot of attention. This was disappointing as it has really good bones to be great, maybe it has been let go because it is on the market. Just feels very unloved.
