Knighty's Shack is a 3 bedroom home situated in Pine Crescent, in a quiet location one block back from the Esplanade. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the front patio or the peaceful natural bush land that adjoins the rear of the property.

Knighty's Shack has a well equipped and good sized kitchen, and a very large split level lounge featuring great views of the Coffin Bay Jetty and the boat ramp. There are three spacious, carpeted bedrooms sleeping 6 guests. There is a centrally located bathroom with a good size bath, and an additional separate second toilet.

Other features include split-system reverse cycle air conditioning, an outdoor eating area and .a lovely garden (especially when the roses are in bloom). In addition to mains water there is ample rainwater to the house. Knighty's Shack has plenty of room for cars and boats.

Summary: The property had ample beds etc and the kitchen had plenty of cutlery, utensils, crockery and cookware. However, the property has aging decor and furnishings from decades ago and was very musty. To disguise this, air fresheners has been placed throughout the place, resulting in quite an allergic reaction. Even after a week.if airing it often the mustiness remained.
