Kingsland is a lovely farm guest house located half way between Berry and Shoalhaven Heads. The surrounding paddock are home to several horses being rehabilitated (guests must not go near, pat or feed the horses).
Please note linen is not included - there will be Doona's and Pillow's (both with covers) but you will need to bring sheets and towels.
The property has 4 bedrooms and two renovated 2 bathrooms.
The kitchen was recently renovated which looks out to the large undercover outdoor area. The L shaped lounge and dining area offers guests a place to sit and enjoy each others company.

Summary: The property is well positioned to Berry and in the rolling hills with beautiful scenery and friendly horses. The room configuration is good and the bedrooms are away from the living space. There are a few things to be aware of:There is a creek nearby and therefore there are mosquitoes inside the house on a regular basis.There is no clothes dryer There is no wifiWe had to request a hair dryer which was promptly brought to the propertyAn old tree fell over in the backyard which blocked off access for the car, we had to move it out of the wayThe kitchen is well equipped with everything you needIn general the property needs some attention given to it. But apart from that we had a good stay and loved building fires each day in the cooler evenings.
