There is so much to love about this newly built, exceptional home.
Kingfisher Retreat is more than your home away from home experience. Situated in a quiet bespoke residential estate and just a short walk down to Curalo Lake and the Main beach of Eden “Aslings Beach”.
Come and enjoy our fantastic new architectural home with its large and light filled open planned living and dining area that flows to a perfect outdoor decked patio. Kick back and enjoy a coffee on the front balcony and watch as the sun rises over the town, Curalo Lake and the ocean. For those that are feeling a little bit more adventurous, a path will lead you down to the back of the lake, where you can stroll along the boardwalk and enjoy the abundance of wildlife.
With four Large Bedrooms and built in robes, there is plenty of space to unpack and relax for those longer stays. The Kitchen is located in the middle of the open planned living area with a large island, quality appliances and huge walk in butler’s pantry with an additional full sized fridge/freezer for the bigger families.
Our Master bedroom with King size bed and additional sitting area provides the feel of a parent’s retreat, including a large walk in robe and luxurious en-suite.
There are 2x other bedrooms each with 2x single beds and the fourth bedroom has a set of single bunks, once again all with large robes.
In addition to all these great facilities, there is a double lock up garage and plenty of car and boat parking.
