Positive: Hello, i was meant to be greeted by an agent upon arrival however this did not happen. For the whole week, i was not given an elevator or car park pass. So each day i had lots of trouble trying to park the car and even get into the elevator. Each day i had to persuade security to let us into car park and then we had to walk out of the whole 2-floor car park to go to reception and persuade security to let us into the elevator. As we could not get through the doors in the basement car park.

Negative: Other than not having adequate access to the apartment all week, there was only 1 toilet role per bathroom, there wa sonly 1 bin liner for the bin which quickly got filled up and 2 plug sockets were not working. Especially the one next to the bed.

Summary: Great apartment - but poor hosting and key card experience
