The homes are located in Upper Coopers Creek, which is a lovely area filled with nature. It is a bit of a drive from the nearest town so please make sure to get all the groceries you need before coming to the home.

There's no public transportation so the property so you will need to have a car to get there, preferably a 4WD as the area can experience some minor flooding

1. Given that this is a remote property, your mobile may not receive coverage. Please take this into account when travelling to the property.

2. The washer and dryer is shared with other guests on the same block of land.

3. The Creek House only has one shower and it is situated outdoors on the rear verandah - just a metre from the creek! The view and experience are both MARVELOUS but some might find the outdoor shower, even though it is hot water, to be a little chilly when moving from the shower back inside on the cooler days. May we suggest on those days that you make sure the heater is on inside the house before you shower? Also please note - the outdoor shower is undercover, but there isn't much modesty. It's a remote property, so a very low chance of someone seeing you.

4. The recent flooding has affected the roads leading to and from this property. We recommend that any guest staying here use a 4WD or AWD to prevent guests from getting stuck.

5. Please do not travel to our property via Federal, the road has been blocked by a landslide and is not being fixed anytime soon
