THE SPACE:
Ivy’s Villa is an unattached single level unit with an open floor plan and amazing ocean & garden views. Enjoy creating culinary delights in the fully-equipped kitchen with upgraded appliances, found adjacent to the beautifully appointed dining area with seating for 4 persons. The living room features a modern entertainment area and ample space for family & friends.
The villa has three bedrooms that provide comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to six guests, and each has been appointed with an en-suite bathroom for privacy. The master bedroom features a plush queen bed, a private terrace with a ocean view, a spacious closet, beautiful shower, cathedral ceiling, and more . The second and third bedrooms share a Jack-&-Jill en-suite bathroom - one bedroom includes a queen bed and the other has two twin beds with high-quality linens, cathedral ceilings and air conditioners in each room.
Outside you will find a private pool with a stunning view of the Caribbean Sea and a beautifully fruited courtyard retreat. The pool is available for swimming 24/7, and we advise to swim at your own risk as we will not be liable for any accidents.
Guests have access to all amenities on site. Private parking is available with gate entrance key-fob for your privacy and convenience.
The villa is monitored with 24/7 security cameras on the exterior of the property for your safety. This is an older community with residents living there for 20+ years. Our property is quiet, seclusive, gated, private and safe.
