Ironstone Cottage is a family and pet friendly, 3 bedroom cottage in Penneshaw, Kangaroo Island. The cottage has beautiful fenced in gardens, magic views of the ocean, and abundant wildlife. Often Glossy Black Cockatoos and Wallabies visit the cottage. It’s only a short walk to the beach or into Penneshaw where you will find a lovely variety of cafes, a fantastic grocery store and lovely locals to help you with any questions.
Two bedrooms have Queen Sized beds, the third bedroom has two single beds. The house has all the modern conveniences to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. There is a reverse cycle air conditioner and heater in the main living area. Summary: The place is beautiful especially the garden, felt very comfortable and homely. We took our dog who loved exploring the place and had the whole yard as the entire property was fenced. Beautiful location and loved each morning sitting on the deck looking over the beach having my coffee.
