This bright, modern apartment with huge living room & a balcony has aircon & heating plus access to a large well-equipped gym, indoor pools that include a 25m long pool, also features a jacuzzi plus two sauna's - newly refurbished as of July 2019! Each large bedroom has a queen-sized bed and its own large en suite bathroom. One bathroom has a shower; the other has both a shower cubicle and a bath. The wonderful thing about this flat is that the large living room and the well stocked kitchen separate the 2 bedrooms guaranteeing your own private sanctuary The Space: Fully furnished with all modern conveniences - air con and heating in every room, dishwasher, Netflix, widescreen TV, washing machine, dryer, blender. Beautifully furnished comfy huge living room with natural light streaming in - wonderful place to relax either in the lounge or at the table and chairs on the balcony, filled with attractive plants, where you can watch the world go by with a coffee and a smile. Large glass sliding doors open on to the large balcony. The balcony looks immediately out on to an expansive and pretty communal park with fountains, trees, park benches, and a big green where you can lay and relax with friendly residents. You can often spot rainbow lorikeets in the trees along with the occasional kookaburra or cockatoo. You'll have access to a big gym just 20 seconds from your door, indoor pools including a 25m long pool and also features a jacuzzi plus two saunas! Newly refurbished as of July 2019!
