Dorm beds are exclusively for guests aged 18â€"35. Those over 35 are welcome in private rooms.

Motel Suite and Spa Suite bookings include one reserved car space. All other parking is currently free but subject to availability. From early 2026, parking will be paid and bookable in advance.
During peak periods (Dec 24 â€" Jan 4 and Easter long weekend), a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is due one month before arrival. No refunds or changes allowed within one month of check-in.
No check-ins or check-outs are available on December 25 or January 1.
Please note: Our swimming pool will be closed for renovations from June 16 â€" October 1, 2025.
Roca, our Latin fusion restaurant & licensed bar, is open daily from 7amâ€"10pm. In-house guests receive 15% off food and drinks. Please note some rooms may experience elevated noise levels during these hours.
