Summary: Overall, the stay was comfortable and convenient. View was beautiful. ACs worked good. Beds were comfortable. Staff were amazing. Only issue was that we did not get the room we booked due to water leaking in from a rain storm. The room we received was smaller and when looking on the website, saw that it was $40 USD cheaper. Inquired about a refund and was told the hotel was already paid for and price couldn’t be adjusted.
