Our classic beach shack is located in one of the most popular areas of Merimbula, situated just out of the hustle and bustle but still close enough to all the facilities and beaches Merimbula has to offer.
The Shack gives a comfortable fresh air feeling, with the living area and kitchen that opens up to a fantastic deck over looking Bar Beach and Merimbula Lake. The old cottage has been restored with love. You will be met with some extraordinary views and a huge front balcony with a seating area and BBQ facilities. The Shack is simple and cosy, a real rustic retreat for those looking for a low fuss holiday!
Please note the toilet is accessed externally
Sitting on the corner of King and Hill Streets means that you can walk down the King St and through the path to what is arguably Merimbula’s best kept secret in Bar Beach. Bar Beach is home to a great swimming beach, a short paddle to some great surf, the Bar Beach Kiosk which has become a local morning institution and a fantastic BBQ area.
Take time out and relax on the balcony overlooking the bay and Merimbula Lake or walk down the hill for a coffee at the Kiosk.
Please note that there are no laundry facilities on site at present. Please also be aware that the shack does share the massive corner block with its daughter, ‘Hill St Studio’ - which is a brand new studio apartment.
