There is an iron and ironing board, broom, bucket and mop. The leather sofa folds out to a double- bed, there is a TV, Heater, Fan, Board Games, Books, extendable dining- table seating 4-6, Ensuite Bathroom with Hairdryer, Shower and Toilet and a separate Bedroom with Double bed and Electric blanket.
Many fixtures and features are hand- crafted by a local artisan, and may be commissioned by arrangement.
Breakfast ingredients for two adults are provided for the first day including toasting bread, butter, milk and assorted spreads.
Extra Breakfast, Gourmet or BBQ hampers with local produce may be provided if requested a minimum of 2- days in advance of arrival, at moderate cost.

The courtyard is fringed by tall trees which add to privacy and provide shade on hot days.
The property is located in Queanbeyan's light Industrial estate, it has views towards Canberra and the Brindabella mountain range where snow can be seen in Winter
