Located on the northern shore on the eastern end of Tortola Hibiscus Villa is five minutes away from Little Bay, one of the BVI’s most beautiful beaches, Josiahs Bay which is a busy and iconic surf beach, and the airport, shops and restaurants are just a short drive away.
This gated and spacious property set within landscaped gardens is on two levels. The lower level with high vaulted ceilings and ceramic tiled floors offers a large open plan great room. Elegant furnishings provide luxurious seating areas as well as formal dining and a large fully equipped kitchen and bar area. Large sliding doors open up to the sun deck and swimming pool which enjoys views of the ocean and the nearby coastline and beaches below. There are sun loungers for lazy days by the pool and a BBQ for sunset dinners.
The upper level offers three large bedrooms. The primary bedroom has an ensuite with large jacuzzi bath and shower as well as ample storage. Large glass sliding doors offer views of the ocean and coastline below and is the perfect location to sit in the early hours to watch the sun rise. Bedrooms two and three, both with queen beds share a full bathroom (with tub and shower). All bedrooms have air conditioning.
