The house has three bedrooms, all equipped with queen-size beds and split-system heating and cooling to ensure a comfortable night's sleep. Two are located on the first floor and the third encompasses the entire second level. These upper levels frame views of the ocean, along with a balcony on the first floor overlooking the pool. There is an additional living area or kids' room with a sofa bed, sleeping one child upon request. This living area connects to the upstairs bathroom, which is fitted with a shower and shutters to allow for a breezy rinse-off.
