The beautiful timber floors, high ceilings & windows provide the living spaces, and kitchen with a light-filled grandeur overlooking the swimming pool and canal. The outdoor patio with its comfortable lounge overlooks the water and the small backyard with the sun deck by the water. The pool is in the middle of the house and is the central focus of the house with the bedrooms and living spaces on either side. The private master bedroom and ensuite are off the kitchen area overlooking the water and at the opposite end of the home to the other bedrooms.
