The home is set back off the street in a north facing position, with a large grassy yard and tropical gardens and is minutes from Kawana Shopping World, Cinemas and Kawana Surf Club. It boasts a well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, cooktop & microwave. Adjoining the kitchen is the open plan dining area which opens through sliding doors to the outdoor covered courtyard entertaining dining area, with a 6 seater dining setting and bbq. The separate lounge area also opens through sliding doors to the tropical garden. With a smart tv, ceiling fans throughout, all new furniture and fittings, all you have to do is “relax”. There is also a separate internal laundry with both a washing machine and dryer
