Positive: The closeness to Henley beach and shops is great. Essentially this is what you are paying for. Its close to public transport. Plenty of cups/saucers/plates/knives and forks etc.

Negative: It was dark and creepy getting into this place at night time...you needed to go to the back of the units-past a number of them before you get to this accommodation, to retrieve the key from a lock box before then having to go to the front of the unit to get in. Difficult to do in the dark even with a torch. The toilet and bedrooms are upstairs. The toilet is in the same tiny room as the shower which is above the bath. Its very slippery trying to get in and out and there are no grab rails to assist with this. The first bedroom has a door that is very difficult to close. The second bedroom is filled with a double bed that you can only access from one side. I think the 'work' station is also in this room (see photo) There's a thoroughfare from the parking area at the end of the units that goes directly past the front door-if you leave the front door open you get cigarette smoke from people walking by, along with their loud conversation's, You get the same if you leave the back door open-smokers sitting on benches along the laneway behind the units. There is a smart tv in the lounge room that wasn't set up with free to air tv. There was no way to scan the channels in that we or our tech savvy adult children could see. We spent a lot of time trying to access apps. There was no tv manual and support were unable to help-they did kindly understand our frustrations though! There were a lot of dirty utensils in the drawers-there's no dishwasher so you are dependent on trusting the washing skills of the people before you. there wasn't enough cookware to cook decent meals. (3 saucepans and one medium skillet). The stove top is old and worn. The random people going through the recycling bins in the morning was creepy.

Summary: great location but lots not to like.
