Greenfield Place is perfectly positioned for you to enjoy the best of Ballarat’s arts and culture scene, our city’s major events, festivals and fascinating history.
Greenfield Place is close to Her Majesty’s Theatre, and Ballarat Art Gallery (Australia’s oldest and largest regional art gallery) is just a short walk away.
Lydiard Street is one of the most intact Victorian era heritage precincts in Australia, in a regional centre steeped in history. We welcome you to the heart of Ballarat and know you will enjoy your stay.

Summary: Three couples visiting Ballarat stayed in this wonderful house. The layout and comfort were excellent with a highlight being the garden and outdoor area which was extensively used in the beautiful sunshine. Everyone had a great time and the Local cafe at the front provided great breakfasts to start the day. Location is good as we were able to walk into town and avoid the parking challenges, We will be back !
