Summary: Recently stayed for my daughter’s 18th birthday and I was overall satisfied, but there are some things that could be improved. The property is very beautiful and we were upgraded to a suite which was an added bonus.The buffet should have more options and the availability in the restaurants should be more flexible. Nevertheless there were some employees who went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable. Annastayca Senior exemplifies exceptional customer service and was amazing in ensuring that we had everything we needed. She is the best. Your housekeeper Verbette James tended to our every need and request with a smile. She does an exceptional job. Vinesha at the sports bar not only took care of us but she took care of everyone around us. She epitomizes exceptional customer service. Chantal was great everyday at breakfast. Jon at the buffet was engaging personable and made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Ingrid Grant took great care of us excellent customer service. Al-Jeroque started off good but service became lackluster do better. But the worst service I received was from the bar behind the kids pool. Kadan Hamilton was rude everytime I encountered him. He appeared to be irritated by my presence and me ordering. At one point I was ignored and he took someone else order who came after me. If I could rate him I would give him a negative zero. This was not once but every encounter rude and dismissive . Mclaren was not friendly either. They need to do better.
