Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Greg and Rachel were lovely hosts, ensured everything was in order and I wanted for nothing. The accommodation is located in a beautiful and very quiet section of the suburb. Checking in was a breeze, Rachel was very clear on instructions to access the room. Breakfasts and condiments were plentiful, the bedroom and ensuite were immaculate and extremely well appointed. There was also a lovely shaded and private patio area accessed from the bedroom. Washing machine and dryer were also available at any time and at no cost. It was a 15 minute walk to Royal Melbourne for the Australian Open Golf, 10 minute walk to Westfield Southland ( huge shopping Centre), and a bus stop about 200m from the accommodation. In short, this stay was a gem in leafy suburban Melbourne, I would recommend it to anybody wanting a solo or romantic couples retreat, or to use it as a base for exploring in the area. 10 out of 10, and thank you again for ensuring a lovely stay.
