Positive: We liked the location, easy enough to find and not far from town.

Negative: The tent itself looks dirty on the outside, which is very evident when the sun is out and you can see the dirt from the inside.

Summary: A pleasant stay, perfectly comfortable. Expensive for what you get. The tent itself needs a clean.
