The Space:
Step into this stylish, contemporary home and be welcomed by a bright open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with soaring ceilings and beautiful natural light. Sliding glass doors open to a private patio, creating a seamless indoor–outdoor connection for easy relaxation, with alfresco dining for four, an outdoor sofa, all overlooking the sparkling pool area. Inside, you’ll find two comfy sofas in the sitting area, a generous dining table for eight, a high-spec kitchen, and ducted air-conditioning for year-round comfort. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pod machine, kettle, toaster, plus handy small appliances, and a butler’s pantry with an adjoining laundry. There are also two separate living areas, each with a comfortable sofa and a wall-mounted smart TV (apps only). This beautiful home sleeps 8 and the bedroom configuration is as follows.
Bedroom 1 (Master): A spacious retreat with a plush king bed, ducted air-conditioning, ceiling fan, and walk-in wardrobe leading to the ensuite.

Guests will have access to the entire home along with space to park 2 cars in the secure double garage, plus one one the driveway. There is also free street parking available.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking are always fine).
*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on Bribie Island after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.
*To ensure a smooth check-in, all guests complete a simple online form prior to arrival. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.
*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
