Here, you'll find the lounge room directly ahead, with a large corner couch providing the perfect place for the whole family to gather. This room also comes with a wall mounted, flat screen TV, bluray player and sound system, making it the perfect place for a movie night after a day at the beach.
Through this room, you will also find the kitchen/dining room. The kitchen comes with an electric oven, separate electric stovetop and dishwasher, while the dining area has a lovely wooden dining set with room for eight. From the dining room, there is also access to the backyard with an entertaining area that has its own outdoor setting as well as a gas BBQ.
All three of the bedrooms, as well as the family bathroom and laundry, come off of a central hallway. The master bedroom is located at the front a features a queen bed, built-in wardrobes and a wall-mounted, flat screen TV. Of the further two bedrooms, one has two sets of single bunk beds and the third, located off of the laundry, has another queen bedroom. The bathroom has a shower and bath as well as a separate toilet.
