Set on a large block of land, surrounded by trees and beautiful landscaped gardens, Warrnambool Family Retreat offers comfortable accommodation in a relaxed, private setting.
The house has a functional layout with living quarters up one end of the house and bedrooms/bathrooms off a long hallway at the other end. There is plenty of storage throughout the house with cupboards in every bedroom.
The open plan kitchen and dining space is a fantastic communal area.
The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of storage and bench space, with two electric ovens, a gas stove, dishwasher and fridge - plus plenty of cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. The dining table comfortably seats 8, with additional stools available (which can also be taken outside).
The laundry off the kitchen has a washing machine and heaps of storage which is handy for extra food storage.
The main lounge features a 6 seater corner chaise lounge and Smart TV where you can stream your favourite shows. Complimentary WIFI is provided for your stay.
The sitting room is a great place to relax and unwind and read a book or the newspaper and features a two seater couch and two chairs.

Once you step outside Great Ocean Road Retreat you may decide you don't need to leave. The large undercover deck is perfect for entertaining and can be enjoyed all year round. The spacious lawns and gardens are fully enclosed, perfect for little ones who like to explore. There's plenty of room for backyard cricket and footy matches.
Great Ocean Road Retreat is cosy in winter and cool in summer with central heating and two reverse cycle air conditioners.
Pets are welcome, but they must remain outside for the duration of your stay. When booking please provide a bit of information about your pet. The outside deck is undercover and pets are welcome to sleep there.
