It’s so handy you can easily walk everywhere of interest, or use the plentiful public transport options, such as electric scooters, bicycles, ride share cars, taxis, buses and trains.
Next in importance for you is comfort and cleanliness. The King size bed gets lots of compliments from guests for a great sleep. The deep cleaning done between guests’ bookings is conducted by professionals. The Body Corporate does regular pest control for the whole of the tower this apartment is in.

It’s precise position is in the middle of the western two towers, facing east on the ground level, oriented towards the beautiful gardens and pools, so there is minimal traffic and neighbour noise.
Apartment renovations were recently completed in 2020, so it’s in great condition, including a new fridge, washing machine and a multi-functional oven.
