11 Bedroom House in Terrigal

With amazing views of Terrigal beach these 2 original style beach homes are right next to each other overlooking the beautiful Terrigal beach.
The can sleep up to 18 guests in there own seperate beds. As kings can split into singles giving 19 seperate beds We can take up to 20 guests max of 18 adults.
One house is a 3 storey 5 bedroom and the other a 2 storey 6 bedroom. Stay together and enjoy all that Terrigal has to offer. They have a small outdoor path between the homes making each house easy to walk between. Most of the rooms have kings that can split into single beds for groups of singles or management or work retreats.

Please note a refundable damage bond of $1000.00 is required on the day of your stay. This can be held on a credit card.

Please contact us first before making a booking as its for the 2 homes to make sure both homes are available. We no longer do 1 night on a Friday or Saturday. And checking and out/ in on any day but not a Saturday.

** Please Note...We have some strict rules on noise as we have elderly neighbours. This house is for families and quieter groups only. Please dont book for Parties, Bucks or Boys groups or Hens nights. You will be asked to leave.
You will be asked to leave if it gets noisy or we have any complaints at all....We have older neighbours and noise curfews are strict. No noise after 11pm weekends and 10pm weeknights.
Both houses are side by side and joined by a small out door path as both kitchens and main areas are on the same level. There are a total of 11 bedrooms all together.
House 1
3 storey 5 bedroom home with 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms have king beds that can split into singles.
Top level has 2 large rooms, 1 bathroom and large deck with ocean views.
Middle level has king bedroom, kitchen, dining, loungeroom with 1 bathroom and extra half bathroom. Large undercover deck with BBQ
Lower level has 2 king bedrooms 1 with ensuite, a sperate bathroom with laundry facilities and large loungeroom.
Parking for up to 4 cars.
House 2
6 bedroom home with 4 bathrooms.
Entry level has Kitchen, dining , loungeroom ,undercover deck with amazing views. Bathroom and 3 bedrooms. 2 bedrooms have king beds that split into singles and 1 queen bedroom.
Lower level has Loungeroom large undercover deck 3 bedr0oms 1 king with ensuite.1 queen and a small room with 1 single bed. there are also another 2 bathrooms on this level 1 having laundry facilities. Parking for up to another 4 cars

Summary: We had comfortable and enjoyed stay at this place, property manager was very pleasant and helpful. Beautiful views, drive way is very steep, bit hard to reverse.
