Positive: Position and size

Negative: Property was in a good position but pretty old, range hood wasn’t working there were only a few old chairs on the deck so pretty unusable. The aircon in the master bedroom was terrible and the drain leaked onto the floor making the carpet wet, this was obviously a problem because the wet area was covered with a rug.

Summary: Probably not worth the price charged and was not as it looked in the pictures.
