Welcome to Escape to Hyams Beach, a fully renovated five-bedroom coastal retreat set across three spacious levels with expansive views over Jervis Bay. Ideal for families and relaxed group stays, this light-filled home offers multiple living areas, ducted air conditioning, and beautiful indoor–outdoor flow, all just moments from the white sands of Hyams Beach.
The upper level features open-plan living, dining, and a brand new kitchen with sweeping bay views and direct access to a large deck, perfect for alfresco meals, sunset drinks, and relaxing in the sea breeze. The kitchen is well equipped with a French-door fridge/freezer, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and quality appliances. A second living area on the ground floor provides additional space for kids to unwind or for quieter downtime
The laundry is fitted with both a washing machine and dryer for guest convenience. Outside, enjoy the spacious upper-level deck with water views, BBQ and outdoor dining area, as well as an outdoor shower after a day at the beach. Table tennis is available in the carport, providing fun for all ages.

Getting around is easy with little traffic most of the year, great bike paths and pleasant walks everywhere. Public transport is limited, however there are quite a few taxis.

This property is surrounded by permanent residents and is located in a quiet part of town. Guests that don't respect the neighbours will be evicted forfeiting their full tariff and bond. If you are planning a party, please look elsewhere as we have a zero tolerance policy.
> What Is Included?
Jervis Bay Rentals provide linen all year round. This includes sheets, pillow cases, donnas and blankets, bath towels, beach towels, hand towels, face washers and bath mats. We will have the beds made for you when you arrive.
The kitchen has all the pots, pans and utensils you are likely to need. There is surface cleaner, detergent, dishwashing tablets and dish cloths available as well as cleaning equipment for the BBQ. We also supply items like Gladwrap, foil, paper towels and tea towels. The pantry has all the basics (and often more!) including olive oil, salt and pepper, tea bags, coffee and sugar.
Bathrooms have (as a minimum) shower gel, hand wash, tissues and toilet paper.
There is laundry detergent supplied for the washing machine.
Cots and highchairs are available at no extra cost. Unfortunately the property doesn't have enough linen and towels for infants. Please bring your own if required.
